NCNA is looking for the following positions:
Program Assistant
We are looking for a Part-time (20-24hrs/wk) Program Assistant to support instructors in conducting health care programs.
Job duties and responsibilities:

Provide support to instructors regarding student records and requirements
-
Relay student concerns to appropriate manager
-
Schedule and organize internship of students
-
Review and submit documents to internship sites, state agencies, employers, affiliates, etc.
-
Maintain student files and add new information as it becomes available
-
Help students fill out paperwork and attend to correspondence
-
Maintain inventory of office and lab supplies
-
Update computer and hard copy file systems on a regular basis
Skills and Qualifications:
-
High school diploma/GED required
-
Background in healthcare (CNA or Medical Assistant) a plus

Excellent typing and 10-key speed and accuracy
-
Excellent computer skills including, but not limited to emailing, printing, copying and scanning

Ability to handle email correspondence

Well versed in verbal and written communication

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheet, Slide)
